Annual Diocese of Raleigh Catholic Camporee welcomes Boy Scouts, Webelos II, Girl Scouts, and Venturers of all faiths!

Final planning for this year’s Diocese of Raleigh Catholic Scout Camporee to be held April 4-6, 2008 at Camp Tuscarora, Bentonville, NC is under way. The Camporee Retreat Theme “Duty to God: A Call to Holiness.” The presenter for this year’s retreat is Mr. Joe Farris, Director of Youth Ministries at St. Peter in Greenville. The weekend’s activities to include: Patrol Events, Religious Emblem Training for Counselors, Rosary, Prayer, fellowship & various scouting activities. The Camporee fee of $12/ person includes a patch and lunch on Saturday.
