The Office for Catechetical Ministry collaborates with parish leadership and diocesan offices to form, train, educate, support, and sustain total parish catechesis in the Church's mission of "transmitting the Gospel, as the Christian community has received it, understands it, celebrates it, lives it and communicates it in many ways" (GDC 105).

Emmaus Conference

This annual adult conference sponsored by the Department of Evangelization and Catechesis is intended for parish catechetical leaders, catechists, youth ministers, priests, liturgical ministers, young adults, school teachers, anyone and everyone involved in passing on the faith, seeking spiritual renewal and companionship.
